Eno, Byrne, and the Land of Lincoln

Well, I’m tired and somewhat burnt out, so no proper post about our trip to Illinois today. I’ll get some rest and be prepared with a great post tomorrow.

Until then, here’s a pic of one of my great finds at Rainbow Records in Barrington, Il. They say good things come in small packages, well that’s certainly the case with this little used record shop that sits next door to an Italian restaurant in a nondescript strip mall. But hey, more on that tomorrow.

‘My Life InThe Bush Of Ghosts’ was a pleasant surprise. I hadn’t heard it before, but knew of its greatness in the tales of my music elders(and Wikipedia). It’s super clean and a first pressing(for all you vinyl dweebs like me).

Pizza’s done. See ya tomorrow.
